Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 28, 2026
Kerux ("we", "us") provides LinkedIn outreach automation software at usekerux.com. The service is in a private beta. This policy explains what personal data we process, why, and your choices.
Data we collect
- Account data: your email address and, if you sign in with Google or Microsoft, your name and profile picture as provided by that service.
- Security data: sign-in events, IP address, approximate location derived from the IP address, device and browser type, and two-step verification settings. We use this to protect your account and to show you and your workspace admins an audit log.
- Workspace data: information you or your teammates add to Kerux, such as workspace names, member roles and invitations. Later features will let you add leads and connect LinkedIn accounts; that data is used only to run the campaigns you configure.
Google user data
When you choose "Continue with Google", we receive only your name, email address and profile picture. We use them solely to create your Kerux account and sign you in. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except the service providers listed below that run Kerux for us. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How we use data
- To provide, secure and support the service.
- To send account emails such as sign-in codes, invitations and security notices.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Service providers
We use these providers to run Kerux. They process data only on our instructions:
- Supabase (database and authentication, United States)
- Vercel (web hosting)
- Railway (background processing)
- Resend (email delivery)
- Cloudflare Turnstile (protection against automated abuse)
Access by Kerux staff
To help you, our support staff can view your account in read-only mode. Every such session is time-limited, recorded, and shown in your workspace audit log.
Retention and deletion
We keep account data while your account exists. You can ask us to delete your account and its personal data at any time. Security and audit records may be kept for a limited period to protect the service and meet legal obligations.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
