These terms govern your use of Kerux during its private beta. By creating an account you agree to them.
The beta
Kerux is offered free of charge to invited design partners while it is in beta. Features may change, and the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in methods secure and tell us about any unauthorized use.
- You are responsible for the activity of the people you invite to your workspaces.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use fake or rented LinkedIn accounts, or accounts you are not authorized to use;
- scrape or resell data, or send spam or unlawful messages;
- try to bypass LinkedIn's limits or our security measures;
- access other customers' data or interfere with the service.
LinkedIn's own terms apply to your LinkedIn accounts. Automated activity carries a risk of restrictions by LinkedIn; you use outreach features at your own risk.
Your data
You keep ownership of the data you add. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Ending your use
You can stop using Kerux at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service or other customers at risk.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Kerux is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the beta.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date of the latest version is shown above.
